3.1.23 Release Notes:

New: RCM is now able to notify the user if there is an incident going on with the Roland services.
New: Updated EULA with updated information.
New: Updated some of the Roland logos in the application.
New: RCM now supports more options to handle Product installation.
New: Updated technologies for the installer of RCM.
Improved: Further reduced the network traffic of RCM.
Fixed: Solved an issue with the installer of RCM for EDU partners that wasn’t creating a required system folder.
Fixed: Under certain circumstances, the installation of some Products is notified as a successful download, rather than successful installation.
