The DW Collector’s Jazz Series expansion pack for DW Soundworks puts versatile, round, and articulate virtual drums right into your DAW. This software features authentic drum samples recorded from classic Maple-Gum hybrid formula shells, which pair the warm, punchy attack of harder Maple with the round, full bottom end of softer Gumwood. The resulting drum samples are perfect for studio tracking, drum loops, drum enhancement, and more.

All DW Soundworks samples are recorded at the factory at the highest level of audio fidelity. DW’s collection of outboard gear includes best-in-class microphones, high-quality microphone preamplifiers (mic preamps), a variety of compressors and equalizers, and other tools that capture the genuine tonality of drums as they were meant to sound for an authentic audio experience.
