3.1.19 Release Notes:

Improved: RCM should now start faster after the initial login.
Improved: RCM should now use less network resources while idle.
Improved: RCM internet detection now should be more stable.
Fixed: Long emails now should be properly reduced in size in the User Menu.
Fixed: When starting the RCM installer in Windows, a CMD window was briefly visible.
