At Roland Cloud, we continually improve our systems and software to make things easier for our users. Roland Cloud Manager (RCM) 3.1.21 provides critical maintenance and performance updates. Additionally Roland Cloud Manager 3.1.21 discontinues support for macOS 11 (Big Sur). If you are using macOS 11, please update to the latest operating system.

For all other users, we recommend updating to the latest version of Roland Cloud Manager to optimize your experience and ensure proper functionality. Please see the release notes below for specifics on this update.

3.1.21 Release Notes:
  • New: Updated technologies used by RCM.
  • Improved: Extended support for Expansion Packs.
  • Improved: The login process should now be more reliable.
  • Improved: Installer for macOS now better reports the final size of the installation of RCM.
  • Improved: RCM should now generate less network traffic.
  • Improved: The uninstallers of RCM should leave fewer artifacts behind when removing RCM.
  • Fixed: RCM might crash when trying to download Expansion Packs to drives with low free space.
  • Fixed: RCM might crash when being closed after having installed an Instrument.
  • Fixed: RCM might crash when the internet connection is restored after being offline for a long time.
  • Fixed: Under certain circumstances, RCM might crash when an Instrument is opened.
  • Fixed: Under certain circumstances, it was possible to add to the Cart Products that were just purchased
